Mechanic (Wetzel County Landfill)

We are seeking a Mechanic for our Wetzel County Landfill location. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform general maintenance on heavy equipment/onsite vehicles Fix any major repairs needed in a timely manner Perform any general repairs/services on heavy equipment/onsite vehicles Complete necessary daily shop paperwork Fix any major sudden breakdowns in a timely manner to prevent delay in operations COMPENSATION Starting at $20.00/hr WORK HOURS Monday - Friday 6:00am - 4:00 Every other Saturday REQUIREMENTS At least one year of experience Must be able to work every other Saturday Good communication skills both orally and written Must be comfortable and able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Must have a valid drivers license Must be able to drive both commercial and non-commercial vehicles with manual transmission For over 40 years, our motto has been "If it's service, it's us".
