What We're Researching We're running a paid study on the patient experience within specialized Medicare Advantage networks. The goal is to understand how well these plans support individual healthcare needs and where the member journey can improve. Your feedback will help evaluate the effectiveness of current plan structures. How It Works During this remote interview, you will walk us through your experience selecting and using your Medicare Advantage benefits. We will ask you to describe how you navigate care options, manage claims, and interact with member support.
