Remote Clinical UM Program Manager - Behavioral Health

Optum

UnitedHealth Group in Minneapolis, MN, seeks a leader to oversee the Utilization Management program for higher levels of care in behavioral health. You will supervise Care Advocates and Wellness Coordinators, drive process improvements, and ensure policy accuracy and audit readiness.

The role requires a clinical license, 5+ years post-licensure experience, and 4+ years of leadership, with remote-friendly work from anywhere in the U.S.
