Our organization is looking to recruit a Per Diem Pediatrician to become part of a thriving pediatric practice located in Castro Valley, CA.

Established in 2005, our rapidly expanding multi-specialty medical group comprises physicians and advanced practice clinicians operating in over ten care centers and four hospitals throughout the San Francisco East Bay Area. We are affiliated with a non-profit health care organization that provides essential operational and administrative support to our medical group. This foundation equips our clinicians with cutting-edge technology and clinical assistance, enabling them to concentrate on delivering outstanding patient care. Our group includes more than 400 clinicians across twenty specialties, committed to offering exceptional health services to the communities we serve.

• Become a part of our vibrant pediatric team in Castro Valley, which is integrated into a well-established Pediatric department featuring over 20 clinicians across the Bay Area.

• Our care centers are conveniently situated in Orinda, Brentwood, Antioch, Albany, Berkeley, and Oakland, ensuring easy access for our diverse patient base.

• Collaboration is essential! We maintain strong partnerships with our OB/GYN, Family Practice, and Internal Medicine departments, promoting a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics is required.

• While 2-3 years of pediatric experience and a background in developing pediatric practices are preferred, they are not essential.

• Experience in primary care is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building strong patient relationships and collaborating effectively with our multidisciplinary team.
