Salary: $65,000 - $80,000/yr Regular / Permanent What you'll do Initiates, directs and participates in community outreach programs by encouraging and supporting associates and managers in serving as good members of the community, establishing and maintaining relationships with key individuals or groups in the community and representing the company to various external organizations. Champions company‑sponsored programs, events and sustainability efforts to associates, customers and the local community. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures by holding hourly associates accountable, analyzing and interpreting reports, implementing and monitoring asset‑protection and safety controls, maintaining quality‑assurance standards, overseeing safety and operational reviews, developing and implementing action plans to correct deficiencies and providing direction and guidance on executing company programs and strategic initiatives. Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring and actively listening to associates, assigning duties, evaluating performance and providing recognition and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace. Models and demonstrates exceptional customer‑service standards to store associates by following the One Best Way (OBW) service model, managing and supporting customer‑service initiatives and ensuring customer needs, complaints and issues are successfully resolved. Assists store manager in achieving financial performance goals, reviewing profit‑loss statements, controlling expenses, and developing plans to correct deficiencies. Coordinates and oversees job‑related activities, develops relationships with key stakeholders, supports initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifies improvement opportunities and promotes continuous learning. Ensures compliance with company policies, supports mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity, and implements related action plans. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of college education; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience. Required to attend and successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. Supervision of 5+ direct reports with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing.
