Renowned for revolutionizing digital content creation, Beast Industries encompasses a diverse portfolio of ventures that extend far beyond its origins on YouTube. With a mission to entertain, inspire, and create significant social impact, Beast Industries operates across various domains including digital media, philanthropy, consumer products, and innovative business initiatives. At Beast Industries, we believe in the transformative power of digital media and its potential to entertain, educate, and effect positive change. Our commitment to innovation, creativity, and philanthropy drives us to explore new frontiers, create unforgettable experiences, and build a legacy that inspires future generations.

The Opportunity
We are building a first-of-its-kind consumer membership ecosystem from the ground up. As a Lead Product Designer, you will be one of the first foundational hires, responsible for shaping the visual and experiential DNA of a platform that will reach over 100 million users. There is no legacy code, no inherited design debt. Just a "zero-to-one" build powered by an AI-first mindset.

The Product
You will lead the design for a consumer app anchored around the MrBeast audience. This isn't a passive content app; it is a highly interactive, gamified ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Partner directly with the Director of Engineering to define the "ideal squad" workflow and product roadmap.
• Design and test core retention loops, including onboarding flows, achievement systems, and economy design for digital and real-world experiences.
• Utilize AI tools and agents to iterate at high velocity.
• Own the end-to-end design process, from initial concept to shipping a scaled consumer product.

Who You Are

• Consumer Expert: You have a portfolio full of shipped products or features used by millions of people.
• AI-Native: You aren't just curious about AI; you are "burning through tokens" and integrating AI into your design workflow to move faster and smarter.
• Scrappy & Scaled: You have the "startup" experience to build from zero with a nimble team but the "big tech" experience to know what happens when a product hits massive scale.
• Action-Oriented: You thrive in ambiguity and prefer building and shipping over long, process-heavy design cycles. You prefer to "show" vs. "act."

Benefits & Model

• Equity-First: We offer highly competitive equity packages for foundational hires who want to own a piece of the business.
• Hybrid Culture: 3 days per week in our Bay Area hub to collaborate closely with the team.

Compensation Range $158,000 - $198,000 + Bonus + Equity
