Marketing Manager:

Alta Developers is seeking a strategic, creative, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across a portfolio of luxury residential developments. This role oversees brand positioning, creative direction, integrated campaigns, marketing collateral, and sales support from project launch through active sales.

The ideal candidate combines strong marketing expertise and exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to independently manage multiple projects, supervise a Marketing Coordinator, direct external agencies, and collaborate closely with leadership, development, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with project positioning, brand objectives, and sales goals.
• Creative & Content: Lead creative direction, copywriting, branding, and production of marketing collateral, presentations, digital content, websites, signage, and sales materials.
• Project & Team Management: Oversee multiple developments, manage timelines and budgets, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator.
• Sales & Broker Support: Develop targeted campaigns, sales collateral, broker communications, and promotional initiatives that support lead generation and sales performance.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee email campaigns, paid media, social media, website content, and agency coordination, using performance metrics to optimize results.
• Events & Public Relations: Coordinate project launches, broker events, promotional activities, and PR initiatives.
• Budget & Reporting: Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, expenditures, and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in luxury residential real estate and new development.
• Strong knowledge of branding, creative development, digital marketing, copywriting, and sales-driven marketing.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects, budgets, agencies, and multiple priorities.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, project management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing analytics.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
