As a Head Coach at Orangetheory Fitness, you will lead a team of engaged professionals who share a passion for fitness and helping our members achieve more life. Responsibilities Lead and motivate members through pre‑defined workouts. Ensure members use correct form and offer corrections when needed. Understand the science behind our workouts, particularly heart‑rate focused training programs, and stay aware of competitive trends. Know how to use and demonstrate every piece of equipment utilized in each workout. Act as a team player, supporting your studio’s coaches and members. Requirements Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness. Be AED/CPR certified.
