OperatorWe are seeking dedicated operators to join our Cell Assembly Department. This position offers flexibility with day and night shift options, including 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule. Operators will work in a clean room environment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesOperate standard machinery within the clean room environment.Perform packaging and movement of parts and boxes around the plant.Follow established procedures to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workspace.Essential SkillsMinimum of 9 months tenure at each previous job.At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.Ability to adapt and comply with personal protective equipment and clean room environment requirements.Additional Skills & QualificationsComfortable working in a large facility with significant walking.Understanding of 5S3K practices.Why Work Here?Enjoy fully company-paid medical benefits, 17 paid holidays in 2025, and 3 weeks of vacation. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
