Service DirectorPosition Overview The Service Director is responsible for overseeing the service operations within the organization, ensuring that all construction and maintenance projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage team performance, maintain client satisfaction, and drive business development initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the service department, including construction and maintenance teams.Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.Oversee project management from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide project execution.Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to ensure project requirements are met and expectations exceeded.Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for team members to maintain high service standards.Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and compliance.Assist in business development efforts, including cold calling and proposal submissions.QualificationsProven experience in construction management and service operations.Strong understanding of construction processes and maintenance practices.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Experience in project management and customer service.Familiarity with RFI, Request for Proposal processes, and business development strategies.BenefitsCompetitive compensation/bonusESOPHealth insurance (medical, dental, vision)401k w/matchPTORelocation assistanceMuch more!
