Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (Long-Term Care) – Skowhegan, Maine, United States. Start date 06/08/2026. Contract length 13 weeks. Weekly pay between $1,319 and $1,401 per week. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (18:00–06:30). Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility. This is a travel - temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document nursing actions per plan of care
- Monitor residents’ conditions, perform vital signs, basic assessments, and routine nursing interventions
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, maintaining patient safety and dignity
- Maintain accurate charting and communicate changes to the supervising RN and the interdisciplinary team
- Implement infection control practices and safety protocols; respond to clinical changes promptly
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure plans of care are followed and updated as needed

Requirements
- Current LPN license in Maine (or eligibility to practice in Maine)
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work night shifts (18:00–06:30) and participate in care for 36 hours per week
- Proficiency with basic charting/EMR and medication administration
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to resident safety and quality care
