Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse - Long-Term Care required for a travel assignment in Skowhegan, Maine. Start date: 06/08/2026. Assignment duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: 1,335 to 1,358 USD per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights. Work setting: long-term care / skilled nursing care. This is a travel - temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments following orders and facility policy
- Monitor residents’ conditions, document vital signs, and report changes promptly
- Implement and update individualized care plans under supervision of a registered nurse
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide basic wound care, charting, and infection prevention measures
- Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of care

Requirements
- Active LPN license in Maine (or eligibility to practice as an LPN in Maine)
- Diploma from an approved practical nursing program
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- CPR/BLS certification required or must obtain during orientation if not current
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts and adapt to a night schedule
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and able to participate in a travel assignment
