Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the RN/physician within a long-term care setting

- Assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain respectful, patient-centered care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and communicate changes
- Adhere to infection control practices, safety protocols, and accurate charting in the electronic health record

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Maine
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work night shifts; comfortable with a 3x12-hour night schedule
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Travel-ready with willingness to participate in a temporary assignment and relocate as needed
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
