Summary Atomica is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing Atomica team onsite in Goleta, CA. The ideal candidate is a motivated and driven team-player who is excited by challenges and a fast-paced environment. You will be a key partner in supporting our growth as an organization by helping scale recruitment practices and building and maintaining an amazing culture. Objectives Partner with Hiring Managers to identify needs and implement strategies to attract top talent. Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding. Enhance the candidate experience and uphold a strong employer brand. Support HR tasks as needed (onboarding, offboarding, LOAs, exit interviews, etc.). Maintain recruitment operations, ATS data, and metrics in a lean team. Capabilities Bachelor’s degree preferred. 4+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments. Proficient in Greenhouse or other ATS; strong pipeline-building skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication. Adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
