Behavior Tech (BT)

Some jobs pay the bills. This one changes lives, including yours. At Horizon Blue ABA, our BTs and RBTs work directly with children and families, showing up in their homes and becoming a steady, trusted presence in some of the most important moments of a child's development. The progress you help create doesn't disappear when the session ends. It carries forward. We build our team around people who want to do this work well, and we give them the support to do it. Our BCBAs are engaged supervisors who teach, not just oversee. We help you find placements that work for your schedule and your strengths. And whether you're brand new to ABA or bringing years of experience, you'll find a team here that takes the work seriously and takes care of the people doing it. We'd love to help you build your career with us.
