About the Role:
Hampton Inn & Suites Normal is looking for a friendly and energetic Breakfast Attendant to help guests start their day off right! In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of our morning operation, ensuring a fresh, well-stocked, and inviting breakfast experience for every guest.

Hours for this position are:
Monday through Friday from 500am-12:00pm.

Responsibilities:

Set up, maintain, and replenish the complimentary breakfast buffet throughout morning service hours
Greet and assist hotel guests in a warm, hospitable manner during breakfast service
Monitor food levels and ensure hot and cold items are consistently fresh and fully stocked
Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and dining stations
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with health department standards
Clear and clean dishes, trays, and utensils throughout and after service
Break down and properly store all breakfast items and equipment at the close of service

Requirements:

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a customer-facing role preferred
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing personality
Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Food handler certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
