Unit Specifics: Number of Beds: ADOL 18, Serenity 24, ITU 32, SRAD 16, VINE 9 Patient Ratios: Nurses 8 to 1, MHTs 12:1 Unit staffing description- ADOL unit takes patients from 12-18 yo, Serenity is a lower acuity adult unit. ITU is the higher acuity adult unit (patients with thought disorder diagnoses), SRAD has patients that live a senior lifestyle. VINE is lower acuity adult unit. Type of equipment: Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: We require coverage for three 12-hour shifts each day, seven days a week, including weekends. Please note that days off are not guaranteed unless specified in the contract. On Call Requirements: NA Floating policy: C/L is utilized where the greatest need is. Patient Experience requirements: HCA follows ICARE values, I CARE values are integrity, compassion, always, and respect as well as AIDET to keep patients informed and make them feel heard, AIDET stands for the five key communication behaviors that create positive care interactions: acknowledge, introduce, duration, explanation and thank you.
