Job Description Madison,WI, US Experience: Mid Level Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 per year Job Details Education & Licensure Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required; Master's degree a plus PE license in Wisconsin, SE is a plus Responsibilities Coach engineers at the junior and mid-career level via hands-on training, design critiques, and guidance on professional growth Offer technical direction and oversight to a structural engineering group working across a range of building and infrastructure work Handle quality control reviews and construction administration responsibilities Qualifications 8+ years of progressive structural engineering experience, including project management responsibilities Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, and client communication from proposal through construction close-out Proficiency in structural design: (e.g., Revit, RISA, SAP2000, ETABS, or similar) Experience with a range of structural materials and systems (steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and/or cold-formed steel) A bit about us: This company is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm bringing together civil engineers, structural engineers, land surveyors, landscape architects, ecologists, and construction professionals under one roof.
