- Maintain the cleanliness of guest-facing spaces, kitchen areas, floors, equipment, restrooms, and dining rooms
- Operate cleaning tools and chemicals in a safe and effective manner, adhering to safety standards and resort cleaning protocols
- Perform routine inspections and walkthroughs to maintain consistency and quality
- Communicate maintenance or cleaning issues promptly to the Night Cleaner Supervisor
- Support team success by accepting and giving feedback professionally
- Take pride in upholding the Big Sky Resort standards for cleanliness and service
- A passion for creating clean, organized, and welcoming environments
- Keen attention to detail and high personal standards
- Ability to work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with physical, active work that includes repetitive tasks and lifting
- Consistency, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds
