Our team is passionate about helping parents and caregivers find products they’ll love and trust.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Sales Associate to join our boutique team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a strong attention to detail, and loves helping customers find the perfect items for their little ones. Evening and weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service in-store and by phone.
Assist customers with product selection and demonstrate key features when needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Restock shelves, merchandise displays, and keep inventory organized.
Support special promotions, in-store events, and seasonal product launches.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (boutique or specialty store experience a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Friendly and professional attitude with a genuine interest in helping families.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
