Required Skills
- 10+ years of Mainframe application development experience.
- 10+ years of COBOL programming experience in an MVS/zOS environment.
- 10+ years of experience with IDMS (Network and Relational Database).
- 10+ years of experience with CA-ADS.
- 5+ years of experience with JCL.
- Experience debugging, testing, and maintaining enterprise Mainframe applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ChangeMan.
- Experience using File-AID.
- Experience with FootPrints.
- Experience with SAS.
- Previous experience supporting Medicaid MMIS applications.
- Experience working within State Government or Healthcare IT environments.
