Product Manager

Overview Description the Product Manager over Databases, server storage, hosting platforms, and cloud provisioning & the people leadership aspects of approximately 5 others. This role is a senior product leader and people manager responsible for defining and executing a unified infrastructure strategy across cloud and legacy platforms. The ideal candidate brings deep technical fluency, strong organizational leadership, and experience breaking down silos in complex enterprises. Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership (Must-Have) Ownership of product strategy across multiple teams Experience managing platform or infrastructure portfolios Ability to align roadmaps across legacy/on-prem systems Ability to align roadmaps across cloud-native platforms Outcome-driven mindset (value, not just delivery) People Management & Leadership (Must-Have) Direct people management experience Experience overseeing multiple product teams simultaneously Strong judgment on when to be hands-on Strong judgment on when to delegate and empower teams Coaching and development mindset Technical Fluency (Critical – Not Hands-On Coding) Strong understanding of SDLC Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines Strong understanding of infrastructure platforms (cloud, hosting, storage, databases) Experience with environments including cloud provisioning Experience with environments including server/storage platforms Experience with environments including databases Experience with environments including legacy systems (mainframes, data centers, networks) Ability to translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders Cross-Functional & Organizational Leadership Proven success breaking down silos Experience partnering with Engineering Experience partnering with Infosec Experience partnering with Shared services Experience partnering with Platform teams Benefits BCBS Medical with 3 Plans to choose from (PPO and High deductible PPO plans with Health Savings Program) Delta Dental plan with 2 free cleanings and insurance discounts Eye Med Vision with annual check-ups and discounts on lens Life and Accidental Death Insurance paid by company John Hancock 401(k) Retirement Plan with discretionary company match Voluntary Insurance programs such as: Hospital Indemnity, Identity Protection, Legal Insurance, Long Term Care, and Pet Insurance.
