The role demands proactive risk management, resource allocation, and the ability to guide programs to successful completion within set timelines.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Understanding program scope, participating in planning milestones, and aligning with business and budgetary requirementsIdentifying and securing participation from cross-functional teams for effective program integration and executionDeveloping and maintaining detailed program plans, ensuring accurate and up-to-date program documentationScheduling and managing workstreams for comprehensive program deployment from start to finishManaging program critical paths and dependencies, while developing goals and success criteria with stakeholdersAnalyzing risks, establishing contingency plans, and taking corrective actions to mitigate potential program disruptionsAllocating resources efficiently to support program objectives and assisting in forecasting budget and resource needsEscalating issues timely for management review and balancing program scope, time, and costs effectivelyConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
