Senior Program Manager
$75 - $85 per hourKforce
DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Fort Washington, PA.Responsibilities:* Lead large-scale business and technology initiatives from planning through implementation* Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, timelines, and success metrics* Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination* Facilitate leadership meetings, governance reviews, and decision-making sessions* Prepare executive presentations, program updates, and strategic recommendations* Support organizational change, operational readiness, and business process improvements* Drive accountability and ensure projects deliver expected business outcomesRequirements* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred* 7+ years of project, program, or transformation management experience* Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a corporate environment* Mortgage industry experience, including lending or servicing operations, is highly preferred* Experience influencing teams and driving results without direct authority* Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* PMP certification is a plusJob TypeContractCompensation75 - $85
