Clinical Scribe & Documentation Specialist

Oak Street Health is seeking a Medical Scribe to support our primary care providers with real-time documentation. You’ll observe visits, record histories, plans, and exams in structured notes and help assign CPT and ICD-10 codes to support value-based care. This paid full-time role offers hands-on training and exposure to chronic disease management. You’ll work in our clinics with a collaborative team, committing to at least one year of service and contributing to high-quality patient care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
