If you are passionate about health education, outreach, and making a difference in patients' lives, this opportunity is ideal for you.ResponsibilitiesSupport both front and back office operations, including greeting and rooming patientsSchedule patient appointments and answer phone inquiriesTake patient vitals and perform blood draws (phlebotomy/venipuncture)Administer vaccines and provide clinical support as neededMaintain effective communication with patients and staffEnsure accurate documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)Required SkillsMinimum of 1 year of medical assistant experience, excluding externshipStrong phlebotomy/venipuncture skillsExperience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)Excellent attention to detailEffective communication skills with patients and team membersStrong computer skillsAdditional Skills & RequirementsMedical Assistant Certification is strongly preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to work the scheduled hours of 7am to 4pm, with a one-hour lunch at 12pmExperience working in a healthcare environment focused on health education and outreach is a plusSchedule includes coverage during specific dates, including September, October, November, and December 2026Must arrive after 7:30am due to security proceduresAvailable to work in a clinical setting near the local area, supporting an advanced primary care environment dedicated to total population health management and health risk reduction.
