OB/GYN Physician Position - Bend, Oregon

Location: Bend, Oregon

Salary: $357,294 - $374,308 per year (based on experience)

Our organization is looking for an OB/GYN Physician to become part of our Women's Health team in Bend, Oregon. We provide various practice models to suit your professional aspirations:

• OB/GYN Hospitalist: Focused on hospital-based care with scheduled inpatient shifts only.
• OB/GYN Nocturnist: Exclusively covers overnight inpatient responsibilities.
• Full Scope OB/GYN: Involves clinic work, surgical procedures, deliveries, and participation in the Hospitalist rotation.

This role allows you to operate at the highest level of your expertise in a busy, collaborative perinatal setting, serving as a referral hub for Central and Eastern Oregon. You will be part of a supportive team of OB/GYN physicians, certified nurse midwives, and behavioral health specialists dedicated to providing safe, comprehensive, and patient-focused care.

Work schedules will differ based on the chosen practice model:

• Hospitalist: 12- or 24-hour inpatient shifts; flexible monthly arrangements; no outpatient clinic responsibilities.
• Nocturnist: Dedicated overnight shifts (usually 13 hours); consistent monthly schedule; no outpatient clinic responsibilities.
• Full Scope OB/GYN: A mix of clinic days, surgical time, and shared Hospitalist rotation for inpatient coverage.

We emphasize schedules that enhance clinical effectiveness, provider wellness, and a healthy work-life balance.

• Hospitalist / Nocturnist: Coverage is managed through a scheduled shift model (not traditional on-call).
• Full Scope: Engages in a rotating Hospitalist shift model for inpatient coverage and deliveries.

Your primary inpatient duties will be at the Bend Family Birthing Center . Outpatient responsibilities may take place at the Center for Women's Health Redmond or other regional locations, depending on the practice model selected.
