We are currently seeking a Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) to join our Cyber & Intelligence team and support critical national security missions in the Fort Meade area. Essential Job Responsibilities

Produce clear, actionable intelligence products by researching, analyzing, and reporting information in support of Intelligence Community (IC) requirements and missions across SIGINT, Information Assurance, and Computer Network Operations. Share target insights, provide customer feedback, and deliver products that highlight key developments, trends, warnings, and situational awareness, including recommended countermeasures when appropriate. Evaluate and prioritize data from passive and active collection, network analysis, and collateral sources (IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, open‑source, etc.) to support Government decision‑makers. Contribute to the development of databases and reference tools that expand target knowledge and strengthen collection efforts for customers and IC partners. Conduct quality control reviews prior to product release. This posting is to collect applications for current and future openings for HII Mission Technologies. Salary ranges below: Senior Target Analyst Reporter : $125,000 - $160,000 Target Analyst Reporter $105,000 - $140,000 Target Analyst Reporter, Associate: $75,000 - 115,000 Minimum Qualifications

Highschool Diploma or GED 6 years of relevant experience in areas directly related to national security missions in one or more of the following areas: analytic reporting, investigative analysis, threat analysis, risk analysis, intelligence, or traffic analysis.
