Senior VP of Growth Strategy

Leading enterprise growth and strategic partnerships, the full-time remote Senior Vice President of Growth Strategy will define and execute the company's growth strategy, manage sales processes, and build executive relationships across healthcare and government sectors. Key responsibilities Define and execute growth strategies across new markets and payer relationships Lead the sales organization to drive revenue growth and establish strong sales processes Build and manage executive-level partnerships with MCOs and healthcare organizations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of executive leadership experience in strategy, business development, and market expansion within healthcare or government sectors Demonstrated success in shaping and executing enterprise growth strategies Proven experience in directing RFP and procurement strategies for large-scale opportunities Exceptional executive communication and influencing skills with a strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics
