Sales Representative II
Medtronic
Medtronic seeks a Sales Representative II to drive sales and market share growth for coronary and peripheral vascular products across southwest Puerto Rico. The role combines remote work with frequent in-person engagement at healthcare institutions, requiring territory management, customer relationship building, and clinical education delivery.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory
- Build and maintain relationships with cardiologists, vascular specialists, and institutional stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and execute growth strategies to expand market share
- Provide product and clinical education to healthcare professionals and customers
- Communicate market insights and customer feedback to internal teams including marketing and R&D
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop territory plans and customer engagement strategies
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Medical device sales experience preferred
- Experience with interventional cardiologists or vascular specialists preferred
