Personal Injury Attorney

Overview We are a high-volume personal injury firm seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of experience and a current Arizona State Bar license. The position is in-office at 3333 E. Camelback Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85018. Responsibilities You will work under the guidance of senior attorneys with more than 20 years of experience. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, drafting pleadings, attending depositions, and negotiating settlements for high-value personal injury and wrongful death cases. You will be supported by a dedicated staff and benefit from a proven case-management system. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of legal experience after bar admission. Active Arizona State Bar license in good standing. Exceptional writing and analytical skills. Goal-oriented, team-player spirit. Compensation Salary range: $150,000‑$225,000. Bonuses typically exceed $100,000, with average attorneys earning $400,000+ after the first year.
