Compensation:

$120,000 - $150,000 at planned commission

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with tailored solutions.
• Guide clients through comprehensive financial planning, including retirement, investment, and insurance strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and innovative financial products.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
• Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial plans to ensure alignment with their evolving goals.
• Educate clients on financial concepts and strategies to empower informed decision-making.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and community engagement in the Poughkeepsie-Newburgh-Middletown area.

Qualifications:

• Experience in financial planning, including retirement, investment, and insurance strategies.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on tailored financial solutions.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice.
• Ability to conduct regular reviews of clients' financial plans to ensure alignment with their goals.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients on financial concepts and strategies.
• Proven ability to identify new business opportunities through networking and community engagement in the Poughkeepsie-Newburgh-Middletown area.
