Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, facilitating a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will support stable, low-acuity adults facing various mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and unrestricted license to practice independently as a therapist, including one of the following: \n

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

• No limited or provisional licenses, and a clean disciplinary record.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a sincere empathetic nature towards diverse client populations.

• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in virtual teletherapy platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer applicants who have at least two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical or counseling setting. Experience in providing telehealth services is a plus, as it demonstrates your adaptability and readiness for a remote work environment.
