Responsibilities: \n \n Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care\n Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education\n Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes\n Treat conditions including (but not limited to):\n \n Pelvic pain and dysfunction\n Urinary and fecal incontinence\n Pelvic organ prolapse\n Pregnancy and postpartum conditions\n Post‑surgical pelvic rehabilitation\n \n Qualifications: \n \n \n Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)\n \n Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care\n \n CPR and first aid certificationrequired  \n \n Prior pelvic experience is not required—structured training and ongoing support will be provided.\n \n #CH About: \n Compensation:$80,000 - $100,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives.
