Kitchen Team Member

Frankie's Dawg House is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused Kitchen Team Member to join our team. This position combines food preparation with friendly customer interaction, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and assisting guests with questions or concerns
  • Help create a positive and welcoming experience for every customer

 

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant, food service, or kitchen experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude during busy shifts
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
