Kitchen Team Member

Frankie's Dawg House is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused Kitchen Team Member to join our team. This position combines food preparation with friendly customer interaction, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and assisting guests with questions or concerns
Help create a positive and welcoming experience for every customer

Qualifications

Previous restaurant, food service, or kitchen experience is preferred
Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude during busy shifts
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
