Staff Sales Systems Engineer (Field based)

Staff Sales Systems Engineer position at Stryker focused on leading technology evaluations and serving as technical advisor during the sales process. Responsibilities include demonstrating Smart Care solutions, assessing customer network infrastructure, and designing deployment architectures for healthcare organizations across the North Central US.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales team to demonstrate and educate customers on Smart Care solutions
- Work with customer IT teams to explain deployment methodologies and technical requirements
- Assess customer network infrastructure using Ekahau AI Pro, Omnipeek, and Wireshark tools
- Design Smart Care architecture and prepare infrastructure assessment reports for professional services
- Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and IT questionnaires; participate in industry events and conferences
Requirements
- B.S. in Information Technology or related field, or 6+ years relevant work experience
- Minimum 4 years technical sales or integration development experience in healthcare
- Deep understanding of Windows, Linux, and Cloud architectures
- Solid knowledge of server virtualization technologies
- Preferred: 2+ years enterprise 802.11 wireless and LAN/WAN networking experience
- Preferred: Hands-on experience deploying mobile applications via MDM solutions
- Preferred: Wi-Fi or Route/Switch certifications
Compensation: Varies by location: $89,300–$178,600 USD Annual (ranges based on US pay band assignment)
