What You'll Do

• Ensure the timely receipt and processing of all incoming materials for seasonal product flows.
• Maintain highly organized records and meticulously track all receiving information.
• Proactively communicate with merchandising teams to provide updates on material arrivals and potential delays.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with internal brand stakeholders to facilitate seamless collaboration.
• Accurately assemble and prepare copy fact sheets utilizing relevant internal systems.
• Provide comprehensive support to the broader team on a variety of ad-hoc projects, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
