Counsel on trust administration, asset protection, and tax-efficient planning. Collaborate on complex planning matters. Handle or assist with probate and trust litigation matters as they arise. Maintain and grow client relationships. Transition or build a book of business. Requirements Active California Bar license. 3+ years of estate planning experience preferred. Existing book of business a strong plus. Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications California Bar license. Skills Excellent drafting and analytical skills. Strong communication abilities. Proficiency in estate planning strategies.
