Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure and Analytics Manager

Repligen seeks a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead systems, data infrastructure, and analytics supporting the global service organization. This role partners across service, IT, and commercial operations to build scalable solutions that drive operational excellence and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and improve global service business processes, standards, and best practices
• Design and optimize service business systems, infrastructure, and integrations across Salesforce, SAP, and internal applications
• Develop and execute master data strategy to ensure data integrity, governance, and accessibility
• Build dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks using Power BI and Tableau for data-driven decision-making
• Partner with service, IT, commercial operations, and quality teams to align on shared business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in business systems, analytics, systems architecture, or service operations technology
• Experience supporting field service, technical service, or equipment-based service organizations
• Strong expertise with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and enterprise business systems
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, Power Query, DAX, or similar scripting and automation tools
• Proven ability to design system integrations, APIs, data flows, and reporting frameworks
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders

Compensation: $134,000-$192,000 base
