Our organization is experiencing significant growth in the Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector, offering an excellent opportunity for work-life balance, with no on-call duties or weekend shifts!

We are looking for a part-time provider (20-30 hours per week, 2-3 days) for our facility in Bristol, CT. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience required.

Additionally, we are excited to offer a sign-on bonus of $10,000!

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing primary and urgent care services to residents in the nursing center.
• Working alongside other medical providers to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery.
• Partnering with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient-specific medical care.
• Collaborating with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through compassionate healthcare.

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. Nurse Practitioners should have completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. Physician Assistants must have graduated from an ARC-PA accredited program and passed the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where practice regulations allow, the candidate must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice.

Posted Salary Range: $54.00 - $60.00 per hour. Bonus: $10,000.00.
