This role will own reporting across our organic social channels, influencer programs, and social listening efforts while identifying trends, measuring performance, and uncovering opportunities to strengthen our social strategy. The ideal candidate is deeply curious, highly organized, and passionate about using data to influence creative decisions and business outcomes. | WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- Own recurring reporting across organic social channels, translating performance into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
- Measure and report on influencer and creator campaign performance, identifying learnings to optimize future partnerships.
- Lead social listening efforts to monitor brand sentiment, emerging conversations, cultural trends, and competitor activity.
- Develop measurement frameworks and learning agendas that align social and influencer programs to business goals, ensuring every campaign has clear success metrics and actionable learnings.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define strategic objectives, KPIs, benchmarks, and reporting plans for organic social, influencer, and brand initiatives.
- Develop performance forecasts and scenario models to project campaign outcomes, establish realistic targets, and identify opportunities to exceed business goals.
- Produce executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate performance in a simple, compelling way.
- Conduct competitive audits and benchmark Slate against automotive and non-automotive brands to identify opportunities and best practices.
- Identify content trends, audience behaviors, and platform shifts that inform content strategy, creator strategy, and future creative.
- Maintain and improve reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data quality across platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance to provide recommendations that improve reach, engagement, earned media, and overall effectiveness.
- Stay current on platform changes, measurement methodologies, and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in social media analytics, digital marketing analytics, or a similar role.
- Experience developing measurement strategies, KPIs, and learning agendas that connect social performance to broader business objectives.
- Strong experience with social analytics and listening platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater, CreatorIQ).
- Experience measuring influencer marketing performance and creator campaign effectiveness.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience building forecasts, benchmarks, and performance models that inform strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
