We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Manager to oversee our accounts payable department and ensure that our company's bills are paid accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is a financial expert with a proven track record of managing accounts payable functions in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the SaaS sector. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the accounts payable team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in processing invoices. Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies to improve the accounts payable process. Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers, maintaining accurate records and control reports. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare an analysis of accounts. Collaborate with the procurement and accounting teams to resolve any discrepancies. Oversee monthly closing of accounts payable records and provide related financial reports. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proficiency with accounting software and tools, including advanced Excel skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
