About the Role The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily operations of our warehouse, including receiving, inventory management, material handling, kitting, and shipping activities. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products and materials move efficiently throughout the organization while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, accuracy, and customer service. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead and develop the warehouse team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate across departments to support operational excellence. What You'll Do Leadership & Team Development · Lead, coach, train, and develop warehouse team members. · Conduct daily team meetings and communicate company updates. · Foster a positive, accountable, and safety-focused work environment. · Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee development. Warehouse Operations · Oversee receiving, storage, kitting, material movement, and shipping activities. · Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and inventory transactions. · Monitor workflow, productivity, and service levels to meet customer expectations. · Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Inventory & Accuracy · Ensure inventory is properly identified, labeled, stored, and tracked. · Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives. · Partner with Inventory Control to investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions. · Verify incoming materials meet documentation and quality requirements. Continuous Improvement · Analyze key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. · Implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs. · Conduct root cause analysis for shipping errors, delays, and inventory issues. · Collaborate with production and other departments to optimize material flow. Logistics & Transportation · Oversee outbound shipment accuracy and audit shipping processes. · Manage the SMG truck schedule and coordinate transportation needs across the company.
