MVPT Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy in the Northeast, is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team. Monday and Wednesday 7:30-4:00,Tuesday and Thursday 12:00-6:00, and Friday 7:30-3:30.

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and explain patient financial responsibilities
• Manage patient intake forms and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and insurance approvals
• Support clinic operations and maintain efficient schedules
• Assist with billing, payments, and administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a medical office, healthcare setting, or front desk role required
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient financial responsibilities preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Hourly Pay Range: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
