Job Summary:
Pediatric Medical RN (Pediatrics) at a healthcare facility in Denver, Colorado. This position involves providing inpatient pediatric care, including management of high-flow nasal cannula, chest tubes, and long-term behavioral health patients. The assignment runs from December 1, 2026, to March 6, 2027, with a focus on pediatric medical, behavioral health, and neonatology specialties.

Job Details:

• Position: RN Medical Surgical (Pediatrics)

• Assignment Dates: 12/01/2026 to 03/06/2027
• Shift: 12-Hour Nights, 6:45 PM 7:15 AM
• Scheduling Requirements: Night shift with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Certifications: BLS required
• Education: BSN required
• Licensure: Active licensure in the state of Colorado or applicable state
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of pediatric experience, preferably in an inpatient pediatric academic medical center
• Float: Float rotation may be required within the Denver Metro area and up to 35 miles from the assigned facility
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work 2 of the 3 designated holidays
• Additional Requirements: Must be available for temporary orientation and onboarding; medical and religious exemptions to the seasonal influenza vaccine are permitted

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing heated high-flow nasal cannula for bronchiolitis
• Management of GI, endocrine, and bariatric/nutritional disorders
• Infections, including sepsis, and some post-surgical or procedural care
• Experience with chest tube management and long-term behavioral health patients
