Data Engineer

Richardson, TX (4 days onsite) | Up to $175,000 Base + Bonus We're partnering with a well-established, financially strong organization undergoing a major enterprise data transformation. Backed by executive leadership, this is a rare opportunity to join at the ground level of a greenfield data platform initiative and help shape the future state of data, analytics, and AI across the business. What You'll Do Build and scale modern data pipelines and data models Develop ELT processes and data products using cloud-native technologies Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions Drive data quality, testing automation, and platform best practices Contribute to the buildout of an enterprise-wide data platform supporting high-impact business initiatives What We're Looking For 7-8+ years of Data Engineering experience Strong Python and SQL skills 5+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt (required) Experience building modern ELT/data modeling solutions in cloud environments Familiarity with CI/CD, Terraform, and modern data engineering practices Proven track record of delivering scalable, production-grade data solutions Why This Role?
