Were looking for a sharp, proactive Program Financial Analyst to lead financial strategy, compliance, and performance. If youre ready to take ownership and make a difference, this role is a great fit./ppThe Program Financial Analyst acts as the primary financial partner to program managers, overseeing all aspects of program financialsfrom budgeting and billing to forecasting and reporting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring contract compliance, supporting program operations, and maintaining financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle./ppResponsibilities:/pulliSupport Program Managers and Mission Leads with financial planning, reporting, and contract-related analysis./liliEnsure accurate setup and ongoing maintenance of projects to support proper cost tracking, revenue recognition, and billing./liliMonitor contract budgets and funding, maintain forecasts, and track cost performance against plans to meet contractual obligations./liliPrepare and distribute financial and administrative reports, including PMR reports, Estimates to Complete (ETC), Estimates at Completion (EAC), and client-specific reporting./liliReview and validate labor charges, subcontractor invoices, travel vouchers, and payment allocations for compliance and accuracy./liliConduct financial analysis including variance analysis, risk/opportunity assessment, and scenario modeling (what-if analysis)./liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams (contracts, subcontracts, HR, purchasing, etc.) to support program execution and resolve operational issues./liliSupport contract administration tasks such as purchasing, facility services, and equipment tied to program requirements./liliComply with internal financial controls, forecasting processes, and customer/government regulations./liliDrive preparation of annual plans and monthly forecasts, ensuring timely and accurate submissions./liliReview and advise on pricing models and cost structures in collaboration with the Pricing team./liliSupport recurring program and finance review cycles and contribute to resource planning./li/ulpQualifications:/ppRequired:/pulliBachelors Degree and at least 5+ years of related work experience to include 3+ years of program control OR financial management/li/ululliMust have an active TS/SCI with POLY clearance or be eligible./liliIntermediate MS Excel skills to work with large data sets to perform analysis and monthly manual spreadsheet report in support of monthly invoice/liliAbility to work with multiple support functions (contracts, procurement, accounting, engineering)/liliGood foundation of accounting principles to include cost collection, revenue recognition, Estimate at Complete (EAC) lifecycle, invoicing, and unbilled reconciliation/li/ulpDesired:/pulliKnowledge of Costpoint, SmartView, and COGNOS/liliFinancial Planning and Analysis (FPA) experience/li/ulpWhat You Can Expect:/ppA culture of integrity./ppAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
