Contract RecruiterStep into a hands-on Contract Recruiter role where you'll own the recruiting process from start to finish and help keep pace with a growing manufacturing operation! This is a strong fit for a recruiter who understands high-volume, hourly hiring and enjoys working directly with candidates and operations leaders.This aerospace and electronics manufacturer produces highly engineered products and systems supporting commercial aviation, defense, and space applications. This is a fully onsite position within a manufacturing environment where the recruiting team works closely with operations and hiring managers on the production floor.What's in it for Me?This role gives you full-cycle ownership rather than limiting you to sourcing or scheduling. The initial contract is expected to be for 6 months, with potential for it to become permanent based on continued growth and future hiring plans.Job Type: Full-Time, ContractContract Recruiter Job Duties:Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume manufacturing and hourly/direct-labor positions.Source candidates through Indeed, internal databases, incoming applicants, and other available recruiting channels.Coordinate interviews and keep candidates moving efficiently through each stage of the hiring process.Negotiate and prepare offers and transition selected candidates to the appropriate onboarding process.Partner directly with hiring managers while maintaining accurate candidate notes, requisition activity, and recruiting updates.Schedule: Monday-Friday, fully onsiteOptions: 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pmPay: $40.00-$48.00 per hour, based on experienceContract Recruiter Requirements:1+ years of experience recruiting within manufacturing, light industrial, aerospace, construction, agency staffing, or another high-volume hourly environmentFull-cycle recruiting experience with the ability to manage a fast-paced applicant and requisition workloadComfortable partnering directly with operations leaders and working within a production-floor environmentWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel, with the ability to quickly navigate recruiting systems and manage high email volumeBenefits offered by Verstela to temporary or temp-to-hire employees:MedicalDentalVisionShort Term DisabilityTerm Life and AD&DIdentity Theft ProtectionPrescription PlanLocation: Burbank, California (reliable transportation required)If you're interested in this Contract Recruiter opportunity, apply now to speak with a Recruiter.
