Outpatient Physical Therapist PositionThis is a 13-week contract position.5x8.0 shift.The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction. The therapist is responsible for the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that promote effective return to community activities.
