Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist credential (California PPS or eligibility required).
• Graduate degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Experience in conducting student evaluations, developing BIPs, and participating in eligibility determinations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and families.
• Proficiency in report writing and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Familiarity with IEP team processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations, including cognitive, academic, and social-emotional assessments.
• Draft clear, actionable psychoeducational reports.
• Collaborate with staff on eligibility determinations and initial assessments.
• Design and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Offer consultation and support to teachers and parents regarding student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
